EvolutionIQ is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and drive the execution of engineering projects within their AI Insurtech SaaS organization. The Engineering Manager will ensure high-quality delivery while fostering a culture of technical excellence and operational rigor. This role combines technical leadership, program execution, and people management to achieve predictable outcomes and support broader organizational goals.

Experience Level

Responsibilities
- • Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers through mentorship, feedback, and career development.
- • Provide technical guidance and ensure architectural and code quality standards are met.
- • Support design and code reviews, ensuring engineering best practices are followed.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, from planning to delivery.
- • Establish and enforce repeatable processes for sprint planning, tracking, and reporting.
- • Anticipate risks and proactively resolve blockers to keep projects on track.
- • Inspire a high-performing team culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
