Solutions Engineer (AI Enterprise SaaS)

Job Overview

EvolutionIQ is on a mission to improve the lives of injured and disabled workers by enabling their return to the workforce. We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to own data onboarding, maintenance, and health while coordinating across Product, Engineering, and Sales teams. This role will enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risks by bridging infrastructure gaps and integrating multiple systems.

Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations
• • Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes
• • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML teams
• • Design, clean up, and maintain client data and data architecture
• • Provide technical and operational guidance during the sales cycle
• • Support Client custom integrations and scope custom product requests
• • Identify opportunities for tools and automation to scale workflows
• • Provide technical triage and escalation oversight
• • Provide data management training and promote data fluency
