Job Overview
Kandji is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, Backend to play a key role in shaping the architecture, tools, and development processes for one of its product lines. The position involves collaborating with developers and product designers to create reliable, scalable backend services, while focusing on security and infrastructure improvements. This role requires on-site work in Coral Gables, Miami, and offers an opportunity to lead technical development and mentor other engineers.

Responsibilities

- • Contribute to the adoption of event-driven architectures
- • Ensure tooling provides the best environment for developers
- • Identify bottlenecks and lead improvements for platform stability
