Kizen is seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading customer implementations of our next-gen AI platform. In this hands-on position, you will work closely with the VP of Customer Success to ensure timely delivery of tailored solutions while managing a technical implementation team. Your expertise will enhance our capabilities in delivering complex workflows in insurance and healthcare sectors, ensuring compliance and operational success.

Responsibilities
- • Lead implementation of healthcare-specific solutions including CRM, data pipelines, and automation workflows
- • Scope, architect, and manage SaaS application deployments
- • Oversee a cross-functional implementation team and allocate resources effectively
- • Resolve technical blockers using APIs, SQL, Python, and ETL tools as needed
- • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage project expectations
- • Drive documentation, internal tooling, and process improvements for scalability
