Job Overview

Kandji is seeking a highly skilled Staff AI Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. This role focuses on building the core AI platform and applying large language models (LLMs) to deliver intelligent features across Kandji’s offerings. The engineer will work on backend systems to enable scalable, reliable, and secure AI capabilities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and enhance user experiences.

Technical Requirements

Responsibilities

• • Architect, design, and implement scalable AI platform services and components.
• • Apply LLMs and other AI technologies to enhance Kandji's intelligent features.
• • Build LLM-powered agents for complex workflows.
• • Develop full-stack product surfaces incorporating AI into user experiences.
• • Implement scalable APIs and microservices exposing AI models to product teams.
• • Collaborate with core services infrastructure for execution and monitoring of AI agents.
• • Integrate with multiple LLM providers and manage model routing for performance.
• • Drive the adoption of best practices in AI privacy, security, and compliance.
• • Optimize platform performance and cost efficiency using cloud-native technologies.
