This position involves collaborating with developers to design, build, and evolve the product while emphasizing reliability, scalability, security, and AI capabilities. The role requires on-site work in the Coral Gables office from Monday to Friday.

• • Architect and implement reliable, scalable backend services
• • Partner with the infrastructure team to evolve CI/CD pipelines and service deployment patterns
• • Lead technical development and guide other engineers
• • Design systems for scalability and resilience
• • Contribute to event-driven architectures and asynchronous service communication
• • Ensure developer productivity with effective tooling
• • Proactively identify and address technical debt
