Job Overview
Kizen is seeking a Technical Documentation Lead to join their team in New York, aimed at enhancing the AI-driven platform for universal healthcare and improved customer experiences. This role involves collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Integration Engineering teams to craft high-quality technical documentation and content targeted at a technical audience. As the founding member of the documentation team, the Lead will establish processes, strategies, and documentation standards while contributing to the company's growth and engagement within the developer community.

5+ years of professional experience in technical writing
Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Kizen application and its components.
- • Write and maintain high-quality technical documentation for the Kizen platform including API use-case examples, developer guides, tutorials, integration guides, release notes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- • Create a variety of marketing content aimed at a technical audience, such as white papers, technical case studies, blog posts, and presentations.
- • Manage and organize documentation within chosen platforms and content management systems.
- • Stay informed about platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in technical communication.
