Responsibilities
- • Recruit, inspire, manage and grow a team of software engineers
- • Serve as a tech lead/manager, helping drive the team while also delivering on smaller functionality as an individual contributor
- • Design, build, and maintain user-facing components, APIs, services, and systems
- • Mentor the professional development of each engineer through personal and performance management and coaching
- • Work closely with product owners to set priorities and objectives for the engineering team
- • Build and evangelize best practices and high engineering standards
