This role involves coordinating with Client Services, Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve data quality and streamline operational efficiency, ultimately benefiting clients through expert infrastructure integration and support.

Responsibilities
- • Lead data onboarding and data transfer for client implementations
- • Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes
- • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and ML teams
- • Contribute to the design and maintenance of client data architecture
- • Monitor and improve client data health
- • Provide technical guidance during the sales cycle
- • Support Client custom integrations and product requests
- • Provide data management training across EIQ
