Job Overview

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will be the technical keystone through the entire sales cycle, working closely with our Enterprise prospects and customers in Taiwan to educate and ensure their success on the Cloudflare platform. Your role will involve leveraging technical expertise and collaborating with multiple teams to create scalable solutions for customer needs.
Technical Requirements
Required Skills

Preferred Skills
- • scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Bash)
- • experience with regulatory requirements (PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC-2)
Experience Level
Senior level, with a background in financial consulting, engineering, software development, or customer support
Responsibilities
- • Educate and empower customers on the Cloudflare platform
- • Train and onboard new customers via video-conference, in person, or through documentation
- • Support the long-term success of customers by creating scalable solutions
- • Develop firewall rules, caching and delivery strategies, and internal tools/scripts for customers
- • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams
