Alloy is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Transaction Monitoring to join their Professional Services organization in New York City. This role is crucial for client success, focusing on delivering technical solutions for new client accounts, managing technical relationships, and providing architectural overviews of Alloy's products. The ideal candidate will be both technically skilled and adept at building relationships, ensuring a consultative approach to client needs.

5+ years of experience implementing and supporting complex technical products in a client-facing role
Responsibilities
- • Acting as the technical lead on Transaction Monitoring client implementations
- • Conducting technical and architectural overviews of client needs
- • Managing the transaction monitoring rule-building process
- • Working closely with Engineering for data ingestion
- • Integrating Alloy's API into applications
- • Conducting end to end testing for client needs
- • Mentoring other Solutions Architects on Transaction Monitoring
- • Supporting client reporting and technical documentation
- • Being part of client production readiness and supporting production launches
- • Serving as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Professional Services
