As a Senior QA Automation Engineer II at Carta, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing software quality across the engineering organization. Your mission will involve driving a strategic shift towards quality as a shared responsibility, implementing and scaling test automation frameworks, and enabling developers to write and promote tests effectively. You will collaborate closely with product teams to reduce manual efforts, catch defects early, and improve the overall software delivery process.
