Job Overview
As a Customer Solutions Architect at dbt Labs, you will be responsible for helping customers maximize the value of their dbt Cloud deployments. Working closely with the Sales Director and Solutions Architect, you will engage with customers to understand their data challenges, lead technical discussions, and provide solutions through live demos and workshops. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, which drives renewals and expansions within your account portfolio.

Experience Level
2+ years in a post-sales technical role or as a data practitioner
Responsibilities
- • Manage a portfolio of Enterprise customers and monitor account health
- • Build strong relationships with technical stakeholders
- • Educate customers on new and existing dbt Cloud products
- • Collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects
- • Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions
- • Create and deliver external facing content
