Job Overview
EquityZen is seeking a Senior DevSecOps Engineer to enhance the infrastructure and security of its pre-IPO SaaS investment platform. The ideal candidate will support application deployments on AWS and Kubernetes, implement security measures, and collaborate with various teams to design and improve infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
- • Deploy and manage applications running on AWS and Kubernetes
- • Maintain and improve CI / CD, monitoring, and other infrastructure tooling
- • Implement and monitor security measures for systems and networks
- • Lead investigation and response to security incidents
- • Collaborate with engineers to integrate security into the software development lifecycle
- • Collect and analyze metrics for performance tuning and capacity planning
- • Document DevSecOps processes and configurations
- • Introduce improvements to the tech stack and workflows
- • Monitor and respond to on-site and remote IT requests
- • Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees
- • Lead system administration and maintenance tasks
