Experience Level
2+ years as a Solutions Engineer or equivalent with enterprise SaaS software
Responsibilities
- • Support the Sales team with technical validation in sales cycles, including discovery, product demos, and strategic collaboration.
- • Configure customized demo environments to reflect complex commission plans and enterprise data structures.
- • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to surface product feedback and identify future enhancements.
- • Cultivate trust with prospects by sharing industry expertise and providing thoughtful consultation.
- • Drive continuous process improvements internally to elevate both team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- • Collaborate with AEs to shape compelling value stories tailored to each prospect.
