CaptivateIQ is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive technical wins in our B2B SaaS sales cycles. This role involves partnering with the Sales team on discovery, demos, and deal strategy, while collaborating with Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate should thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy building and presenting tailored solutions.

2+ years in a Solutions Engineer role or equivalent, specifically with enterprise SaaS software

Responsibilities

  • • Support the Sales team with technical validation in sales cycles, including discovery, product demos, and strategic collaboration.
  • • Configure customized demo environments to reflect complex commission plans and enterprise data structures.
  • • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to surface product feedback and identify future enhancements.
  • • Cultivate trust with prospects by sharing industry expertise and providing thoughtful consultation.
  • • Drive continuous process improvements internally to elevate both team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • • Collaborate with AEs to shape compelling value stories tailored to each prospect.
