• • Lead the development of reporting and metrics infrastructure for Global Operations.
• • Design and scale measurement frameworks for operational trends and performance drivers.
• • Apply AI and automation tools to improve productivity and eliminate manual workstreams.
• • Prototype and implement automation use cases that drive operational efficiency.
• • Define and implement core operational metrics for continuous process improvement.
• • Partner with operations and product teams to define measurement needs and implement tracking.
• • Standardize operational metrics and dashboards in Looker.
• • Drive root cause analysis and opportunity sizing for process improvement.
