Job Overview
dbt Labs is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer for the West Coast (PST) to support and assist our Enterprise customers with dbt Cloud. The role is focused on enhancing customer experience by troubleshooting issues, building technical expertise, and coaching team members, thereby increasing the adoption and retention of dbt Cloud. The engineer will engage directly with customers through various channels and contribute to documentation and the overall support process.

Experience Level
3+ years of experience troubleshooting SaaS applications, REST APIs, and SAML-based authentication
Responsibilities
- • Learn dbt Core and dbt Cloud and build technical expertise across all areas of the product
- • Engage with customers through tickets, emails, and video conferences, upholding Support SLAs
- • Own customer issues from end to end, including troubleshooting and finding resolutions
- • Actively coach and mentor other team members
- • Contribute to documentation with a focus on technical accuracy and clear communication
